Upon completion, you will: understand technologies impact on society, know how to plan for jobs of the future, know how to match your skills and abilities to current and future jobs.

In this seminar, you will gain an awareness of technologies impact on Jobs: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow; where the jobs are, and how to prepare for jobs of the future. Upon completion, you will know how to match your skills and abilities to current and future jobs, recognize alternative workplaces, and understand change.
Many individuals are born with exceptional, unique, abilities, and talents, but never rise to become known for their talent like: leaders, athletes, entertainers, etc. In this seminar, you will gain an awareness of coaching, presentation, speech, mannerism, etc. Upon completion, you will understand and know how to develop the necessary skills and abilities to promote you to greatness.

In this seminar, you will gain an awareness of: the learning and development process, how you see yourself, and what you can and cannot control. In this seminar, you will learn how people view: body language, confidence, and the skills and abilities you possess. Upon completion, you will know how people view the level of confidence, skill and ability you possess that match compatible jobs in your job search.

In this seminar, you will learn the ten most common words: not to use, why they have no meaning, and their importance from the listeners or readers viewpoint. Upon completion, you will know word(s) not to use and why, and the word(s) to use, that make you look good from the listeners or readers viewpoint.
The terms ‘Hard skills’ and ‘Soft skills’ are used frequently in the workplace and very misleading. In this seminar, you will gain an awareness of what ‘Hard skills’ and ‘Soft skills’ are, their importance, and where to find them. Upon completion, you will know the difference between these terms, recognize ‘Soft skills’ you possess, and why ‘Soft skills’ are the major skills employers need.
